Clearly reflective of the number of overseas students who return is the chart. The four years witnessed a notable growth from 69.3 thousand in2008 to 186.2 thousand in 2011 in the number of oversea-student returnees.
Significantly contributing to the phenomenon are the following reasons. In the first place, our country is becoming stronger and has therefore created many wonderful job opportunities. In the past, people were attracted by the decent salary and superior environment that working overseas can offer, but now as our country prospers, there have been many jobs that other countries cannot offer which definitely appeals to those who study abroad. In addition, the Chinese are generally attach great significance to the family reunion. Those who go abroad, especially young students, often feel lonely and miss their family members from time to time,which means that foreign countries fail to give them a sense of security and belonging.
Thus, it is predictable that more and more students who study abroad will come back to China.It is recommendable that our government make favorable policies to welcome those internationally educated students and help them develop their talents to the full.

造成这一现象的主要原因如下。首先，我们的国家变得越来越强大，创造了许多很好的就业机会。在过去，人们被海外工作提供的体面工资和优越环境所吸引，但是现在随着我们国家的富强，我们国家有很多其他国家不能提供的工作，这无疑吸引了那些出国留学的人。此外，中国人通常重视家庭团聚。那些出国的人，尤其是年轻的学生，经常感到孤独并想念他们的家人，这意味着外国不能给他们安全感和熟悉感。
因此，可以预见，将有越来越多的留学生会回到中国。建议政府制定有利的政策来欢迎那些受过国际教育的学生，帮助他们充分发挥他们的才能。
