Clearly reflective of the types of pressures that university students suffer is the pie chart. 39% of students hold that study is the main source of their stress, while 25% of them are troubled by a romantic relationship. Both the interpersonal relationship and psychological disorder occupy 11% respectively. Other pressures such as economic burden and employment account for less than 10% each, posing no challenges.
Significantly contributing to the phenomenon are the following reasons. In the first place, most students have not been well adapted to the pattern of study at university. Faced with many distractions that do not exist at high school, students often fail to spend enough time on study and hence perform badly in the final examination. In addition, most students lack practical experience in handling a romantic relationship. Since parents and teachers do not allow them to have a date before university ,students often feel embarrassed when they endeavor to establish a love relationship with the one they are fond of.
Thus, university students are under various pressures. It is recommendable that universities open more courses aimed at helping students with these issues, and students also try to seek help from parents and teachers.

因此，大学生们承受了各种各样的压力。大学应当开设更多的旨在帮助学生解決这些问题的课程，学生也可以尝试寻求父母和老师的帮助。
