Write an essay based on the chart below. In your writing, you should

Clearly reflective of the proportion of male and female university students in different types of job is the chart. Half of females choose to become a teacher, while the figure for males is only 5%.However, 40% of males would like to be a manager and the rate for females is 15%, In terms of other jobs, like being a businessman, a lawyer and a scientist, the differences between genders are relatively insignificant.
Largely contributing to the phenomenon are the following reasons. In the first place, females are better at interacting with students. Women are more careful, patient, and willing to listen, which helps them establish mutual trust with students more quickly and easily than men and makes them perfect teachers. In addition, males are better at handling stress. Men are tougher and more confident in the face of trouble and danger, which indicates that they can cope with complicated issues often associated with management.
Thus, the different personality traits between male and female student account for variation of their career inclination. However, it recommendable that universities encourage students to care less about their genders and follow what they really like so as to promote gender diversity in all kinds of job.
