Clearly reflective of what makes an ideal job for university students is the chart. 90% of students vote for stability while only 20% of them focus on career development. Decent pay, ease, and interest are also considered important, amounting to 71%, 60%, and 55% respectively.
Significantly contributing to the phenomenon are the following reasons. In the first place, students are longing for a stable life as a result of fierce competition. As higher education industry expands, there are now much more graduates than before in the job market to compete for a post and those who fear competition are inclined to choose stability over other factors. In addition, students generally do not have great ambition. Some of them tend to enjoy what they already have instead of planning their future, so career development becomes the least considered factor.
Thus, the majority of students attach great emphasis on the stability of the job. However, it is recommendable that universities encourage students to pursue their ideals and our government provide some help for young students so as to reduce their fear of life" s uncertainties.

造成这一现象的主要原因如下。首先，由于激烈的竞争，学生们渴望稳定的生活。随着高等教育行业的扩张现在的就业市场上的毕业生比以前多得多，多人竟争一个岗位。那些害怕莞争的人会倾向于选择工作的稳定而不是其他因素。此外，学生一般没有很大的抱负。他们中的一些人倾向于享受他们已经拥有的，而不是规划他们的未来，所以职业发展成为最不被考虑的因素。
因此，大多数学生极为看重工作的稳定性。然而，大学应当鼓励学生追求他们的理想，我们的政府应当提供一些帮助给年轻的学生，以减少他们对生活不确定性的恐惧。
