Clearly reflective of what kind of companies university graduates most anticipate to work for is the pie chart. 35% of students vote for foreign enterprises, closely followed by state-owned firms,accounting for 22%. Only 5% of students prefer private businesses. Other options such as public institutions, starting a business and governmental organizations occupy 16%, 13% and 9% respectively.
Significantly contributing to the phenomenon are the following reasons. In the first place, students are generally attracted by decent pay and superior working environment. Foreign enterprises usually can afford higher entry-level salaries and furnish workplaces with advanced equipment, which definitely caters to fresh graduates' needs. In addition, state-owned firms and public institutions are the best workplaces for students who wish to live a stable life. Once becoming an official member of the organizations, they hardly fear the unemployment although the salary is not so high as foreign companies. Lastly, more and more young people would like to live a free life. Only a few young students prefer governmental organizations because most of the youngsters feel restricted by endless disciplinary rules and rigid leaders, which limits their creativity and kills their passion.
Thus, students pay much attention to the stability and handsome money brought by the job when seeking jobs. However, it is recommendable that universities give students necessary instructions and encourage them to focus more on other factors instead of only the money and stability so that they can explore their potentials in other aspects and make unique contributions to the society.

造成这一现象的主要原因如下。首先，学生通常被体面的工资和优越的工作环境所吸引。外国企业通第能够提供更高的入门级工资，并为工作场所配备先进的设备，这无疑是满足了应届毕生的需求。此外，国企和事业单位是希望过稳定生活学生的理想工作场所，一旦成为它们的正式员工，几乎不用担心失业问题，尽管薪水没有外企高。最后，越来越多的年轻人想过更自由的生活。只有少数年轻学生更喜欢政府组织，因为大多数年轻人觉得会受到无尽的纪律和刻板的领导的约束，这限制了他们的创造力，扼杀了他们的热情。
因此，学生找工作时更多关注的是稳定性和不菲的薪水。但是，大学应当给学生必要的指导，鼓励他们更多地关注其他因素，而不仅仅是金钱和稳定，这样他们就可以在其他领域发掘自己的潜力，为社会做出独特的贡献。
