Dear Sir or Madam,

I’m writing to make a complaint about the electronic dictionary that I bought from your on-line store the other day. And its invoice number is FD35671.

During my use of the electronic dictionary, the problems have been coming out one by one. At first, the appearence is quite different from what it is placed online. Then the dictionary often automatically turns off at the very moment I'm eager to see the word explanations. Moreover, I didn't find the battery promised in the advertisement posted on the homepage of your shop.

Since the problems are unaccepted to me and I have used it for just two days, l'd like to get a refund or a new one. Thank you for your consideration and I will be looking forward to your prompt reply.
